Welcome to our family ranch.

Hello! We are the Carruth family; the ranch family behind your local beef. We want to thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about us and check out our custom, hormone free meat. Our roots run deep in New Mexico and we are proud to be providing our neighbors and friends with a local option for their needs. We realize not very many people meet the families who produce their food and we are here to change that.

Raising more than just cattle.

Hard work. Honesty. Dedication. Compassion for animals. At Carruth Cattle, we are raising more than just the beef for your dinner table. We strive to instill old-fashioned cowboy values in our three boys and honor our heritage by working and living off the land. We hope to leave this land and our community a better place for our boys.

Meet our family.

Cash is originally from western Texas, but Adrienne’s family has been farming in the Bloomfield community for years. When we aren’t wrangling cattle, we are wrangling boys. Joshua is finishing his junior year at Bloomfield High School. He loves riding horses, playing guitar and listening to country music. Cash Jr. is finishing his Junior year in high school. He enjoys ranching with his family, riding horses and roping. Cable, our youngest, is finishing 7th grade at Mesa Alta Jr. High. He enjoys basketball and baseball and football. He spends most of his free time riding horses and helping on the ranch.

It’s not just words.

Labels like all natural and hormone free are not just words to us. It’s our commitment to go the extra mile for you, our customer. We hope you will take the time to learn a little more about our ranch and chat with us if you have any questions about how we raise and care for our cattle and land.
