Outside of feeding our own family, we want to feed yours with quality, custom beef produced right here in New Mexico.

In everything we do, we focus on you as the customer. Whether you want a quarter, half, or whole beef including steaks, roasts, briskets and all, we can meet your family’s needs. We raise the cattle from start to finish. We offer custom feeding options like grass fed and finished on our native New Mexico grasses or grain finished.
